User Agreement

Welcome to MBB Slides. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description: MBB Slides provides PowerPoint slide creation and formatting services. 2. Confidentiality: We guarantee the confidentiality of all materials provided. All data will be deleted from our servers within one week after project completion.
3. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the final product.
4. Liability: MBB Slides is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MBB Slides (“Service Provider”) and the user (“Client”)

1. Confidential Information: All materials provided by the Client will be treated as confidential.
2. Non-Disclosure: The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties.
3. Data Deletion: All client data will be permanently deleted from our servers within one week after project completion.
4. Exceptions: The obligation of confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or already known to the Service Provider.
5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
